Growing up in Laos, I found joy in cooking and sharing meals with the people I love. When I came to America as a refugee, life was not easy—I faced hardships and struggled but my passion for cooking never faded. I dreamed of one day opening a restaurant, a place where I could share the flavors of my culture and the love I pour into every dish. Today, that dream has become a reality. It brings me so much happiness to see others enjoy my food just as my loved ones always have. I hope each bite reflects the warmth and heart that go into every meal.

From a young age, I dreamed of opening a restaurant, inspired by the time I spent in the kitchen learning to cook with my mother—some of my most cherished memories. As I grew older, I realized that Lao cuisine remained unfamiliar to many, and I became passionate about sharing its rich flavors and cultural heritage. Our mission is to bring authentic Lao food to the community, creating an experience that introduces new delicious flavors to your taste buds and also sharing the beauty of our traditions.
